Privacy Policy

1. Overview

KidCloset ("the App") is developed and operated by Smart Fox ApS, based in Copenhagen, Denmark. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.

We believe in keeping things simple: we built KidCloset so you don't need an account, and we don't collect any data from you.

2. Data we collect

We do not collect any personal data. The App stores all information you enter — including clothing items, photos, notes, and collections — locally on your device using your phone's built-in storage (AsyncStorage).

This means:

• Your data never leaves your device
• We have no access to any information you enter in the App
• No account or sign-in is required
• If you delete the App, all data is permanently deleted

3. Photos

If you choose to add photos to clothing items, those photos are stored locally on your device. They are not uploaded to any server or shared with anyone.

4. Analytics and tracking

The App does not use any analytics tools, advertising networks, or tracking technologies. We do not track your usage of the App in any way.

5. In-App purchases

KidCloset offers optional in-app purchases (donations to support the developer). These transactions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) using their own payment infrastructure. We do not receive or store any payment information. Their respective privacy policies apply to these transactions.

6. Third-party services

The App uses RevenueCat to manage in-app purchase state (to determine whether a purchase has been made). RevenueCat may collect limited data as part of its service. For details, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

No other third-party services are used.

7. Children's privacy

KidCloset is designed for parents to use on behalf of their children. It does not collect any data about children. No personally identifiable information about children is ever transmitted or stored outside of the user's own device.

8. Data deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all your data at any time by deleting the App. There is no server-side data to request deletion of.

9. Changes to this policy

If we ever change how the App handles data (for example, when we introduce optional cloud sync with account sign-in), we will update this page and clearly communicate changes within the App.
